Carmel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foods and qualifications in Management and Events Management. Having managed a number of Multi National Catering operations she has an in depth understanding of Food Businesses , and Food Safety. Her experience has a strong emphasis in Child care and Health care.


A qualified chef and trainer, Sharon has experience in kitchen management and operations, her field of expertise being time management and customising Practices and Procedures to your facility.

Our other team members have experience in Commercial Catering Fast Fods and Cafes and Cook Chill.
